TERRI NISHIMURA, MA, OTR/L, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Terri Nishimura is an occupational therapist and one of the founding directors of Pediatric Therapy Network. She was a voluntary clinical faculty member for USC's Dept. of Occupational Therapy & Occupational Science. Ms. Nishimura was appointed as a Los Angeles County Commissioner on the Policy Roundtable for Childcare she was instrumental in establishing a guide for child care centers to create a system for the identification and inclusion of children with special needs. These strategies will be included in the Steps to Excellence Program (STEP), an innovative new child care rating system that the County of Los Angeles is launching in the near future. She is also very active in the business community as the founder of the Nonprofit Coalition section of the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce. She was recently recognized for our long-standing commitment to the community through the Torrance Chamber of Commerce. She was awarded the 2011 Los Angeles County Woman of the Year! |

ROSALINDA GARCIA, CHIEF PROGRAMS OFFICER,
Rosalinda is a parent of a former PTN client and was a member of PTN's Hearts and Hands Committee, and later became a member of PTN's Community Advisory Board serving for 2 years. She is a successful businesswoman starting her own company over a decade ago. Rosalinda currently serves as the chairperson of the Parent Advisory Board for the Southwest SELPA. For the past two years, she served on Redondo Beach Unified School District's Strategic Planning Committee. She is also the current Financial Secretary for PTSA. She volunteers for Redondo Sunset Little League and the VIP program (Special Needs League) for AYSO Region 34. |

CAMERON SMITH, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Cameron was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas, in the heart of the great Midwest. He studied Humanities at Kansas State University and then received his bachelor of business administration at Washburn University. Cameron has also completed post-graduate work in Psychology, Accounting, Architecture & Design and Project Management. Cameron has dedicated the better part of his career to financial management in the nonprofit sector. In addition to his experience as staff and executive management he has served as a member of the board of directors of several community-based and service organizations. Cameron lives in the beautiful seaside community of Long Beach where he enjoys biking along the water front, volunteering at the Aquarium of the Pacific, and sampling the cuisine of the numerous restaurants in the area. |
