Health risks such as childhood obesity, asthma and diabetes can be reduced through incorporating nutrition guidance, doctor's visits and physical activity.
Behavioral challenges will be addressed through parent resources.
Children with special needs will participate and thrive in an inclusive center based setting.
Ealry identification of children with developmental delays can lead to improved developmental outcomes.
Benefits to the FAMILY
Parents will be able to participate in activities to increase positive social experiences and educational activities outside of the the EHS program time.
Siblings of children participating in the EHS program will have increased access to activities that support them socially, emotionally and educationally.
